Report a cleaning issue within 48 hours of your clean and we return within 24 hours of your report to put it right, at no cost. That applies to a one-off clean exactly as it applies to a membership. Below is what that covers and what it does not, in plain terms, so you know before you book rather than after.
How to claim
Three steps, one phone call.
Step 1
Tell us within 48 hours
Call or message as soon as the issue is raised, and say which rooms or surfaces are affected. The clock runs from the time we finished, not from your checkout date.
Step 2
We check it against your report
Your dated photo inspection report records the state of every room the moment we left. That is the reference for the claim, which is why the report goes out the same day we finish.
Step 3
We return within 24 hours
If the fault is ours, we come back within 24 hours of your report and put it right. You pay nothing, and nothing is deducted from any work already paid for.
The limits

A guarantee with no stated limits is not worth reading. These are ours.
Covered
- Any area on the agreed checklist that we missed or did not clean to standard
- Cleaning faults your landlord, agent or inventory clerk raises at checkout
- One free return visit per clean, covering the affected areas
- One-off cleans and membership plans alike, at no extra cost either way
Not covered
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or anything needing a repair rather than a clean
- Mess made after we finished, including parties, pets or continued occupation
- Areas outside the checklist you booked, for example an oven on a clean with no oven add-on
- A property that has been re-occupied or used between our clean and your report
The full wording is clause 9 of our terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee what a landlord, agent or deposit scheme decides, because that is their call and a deduction may be for damage no clean can fix. What we guarantee is our own work and the report that documents it.
